Parcel delivery service

Zalure uses the services of DHL or POST NL for its deliveries. To keep your postal charges as low as possible we use the standard delivery service. The “Track & Trace” system allows us to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery time

Netherlands:
On receipt of your order, Zalure will process this carefully.
Items in stock will be prepared for dispatch immediately.
Your order will be packed with the greatest care and will be sent to the delivery address indicated by you.
Please take into account a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.

We will contact you if a product is not available unexpectedly in spite of the statement “in stock”. We will then inform you of the expected delivery time and discuss any alternatives with you.

Abroad:
For deliveries to an address outside the Netherlands please take a longer delivery time into account. On average, this takes at least 4 working days.

Delivery cost:
Delivery costs are calculated separately, depending on the destination and the total amount of the order and are provided to
the Customer before the Customer concludes the Order.

The following delivery charges apply:
€ 5.00 per order dispatched within the Netherlands; till 10 kg
€ 10.00 per order for dispatch outside the Netherlands, but within the West Europe; till 2 kg
€ 16.00 per order for dispatch outside the Netherlands, but within the East Europe; till 2 kg
€ 24.00 per order for dispatch outside the Netherlands en Europe; till 2 kg
